On the morning of September 11, the 21st Western China Overseas High-Tech Talent Fair kicked off at the Century City International Convention Center in Chengdu with the theme "Building an Innovative Ecosystem, Sharing the Technological Future." Shao Hong, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Executive Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Jiusan Society, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Wang Xiaohui, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chen Xu, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee and Director of the State Council Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, also delivered speeches. In the afternoon, the grand opening of the 8th Nobel Laureates Medical Summit, hosted by CDUTCM, took place. This summit is one of the key activities of the HaiKeHui, bringing together Nobel laureates, domestic and foreign academicians, top scientists, renowned scholars, outstanding entrepreneurs, and elites from various fields. The summit aims to create an international platform for intellectual collisions and mutual learning, promoting the in-depth integration of traditional and modern medicine.Four Nobel laureates, including Aaron Ciechanover and Michael Levitt, five domestic and foreign academicians, and more than 20 industry experts attended the summit.

This year, CDUTCM and Keele University jointly established the CDUTCM-Keele Joint Health Medical and Science Institute, benchmarking world-class undergraduate education, introducing the British education model, and cultivating internationally competent medical and health professionals. The institute adheres to the educational philosophy of "bridging Chinese and Western cultures, integrating ancient and modern wisdom," committing to resource sharing and complementary advantages between China and the UK. It aims to create a high-level education platform, enabling students to develop a global perspective and pursue diverse growth.
